Can I buy or download PAMG?
PAMG is in development. A public release, supported formats, system requirements and licensing have not yet been announced. You can explore the research demo or contact us about your use case.
How do I request a service or workshop?
Send a short description of your project, timeline and the support you need. We’ll discuss scope and provide a quote before work is agreed.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to explore the site, listen to music or contact the studio. Customer accounts and online purchases are not available on this version of the site.
How do I report a technical issue?
Include the page or product, what you expected, what happened, and your browser or operating system. Please do not email passwords, license keys or confidential project files.
Is live chat available?
Support is currently handled by email. There is no live chat service on this site.
